I really like this workout.  I have several of her DVDs. The music was also really good.  The cardio kept my heart rate up and the sculptng and abs were very effective.  I think she could give more pointers on form though.  There was one exercise when she was doing what I THINK was a plie squat, but she never said where your toes should be (i.e, you SHOULD be able to see your toes if not you need to take your legs wider apart)  But hey, a good workout.  By the way, I much prefer this to her Cardio Sculpt Fitness!

This fast-paced workout really got my blood pumping! Some of the cardio was almost too fast, but still worked for me with modifications. For example, I turned plyo lunges with squats into regular lunges and left out the squats since there wasn't time for that with my more controlled pace. The workout focus seems to be mostly on the upper body, but the cardio works your lower body and there is some ab work at the end. Kelly is a very friendly instructor and the music was energizing -- all-in-all, this was was a fast, fun, and effective workout!

I just started buying Kelley's dvds and this was was great but  the aerobics was in my opinion a little too fast working with the step. But, it sure did its job by burning fat and building muscles! Don't let the faced paced step scare you off. You'll get used to it or make it suit your needs. The music is terrific as usual, which is one reason a love Kelley!
