5 of 5 a good starting point July 24, 2014
Reviewer: Diane from CA
After starting working out a year ago, this was a perfect place to start. Molly has a nice style that is welcoming and the routine is pretty easy yet gets your muscles moving and stronger. This was perfect for when I would have labeled myself high beginner/low intermediate. The crawling routine during the warm-up was really just a "different" way to stretch/loosen the muscles, and I didn't find it awkward, just different. Which sometimes is a good thing! This dvd will get you ready to move on with strength and confidence.

4 of 5 I liked it July 22, 2014
Reviewer: T from Tarpon Springs, FL United States
Molly has incorporated the traditional with non-traditional moves to make an interesting workout. I agree with the previous reviewer that this will never be my main strength workout, but I like it for something different. There aren't too many reps of anything, and she takes more of a functional approach so you can't go really heavy. The warmup is weird, and that was almost a deal breaker for me. She does some strange crawling motions that felt awkward. She also does a lot of gasping and "ahhh-ing" as she cues but it's not too big of a distraction during the workout as in the clip. I was surprised the unweighted portion was as long as it is, but I really enjoy that part. It has a fusion feel to it and she includes balance challenges. It's a good workout when you want to change up your routine.

3 of 5 Good but could have been better July 11, 2014
Reviewer: donna larue from Summerville sc united States
I really like Molly, she cues really well and has a great personality. The workout was good had some interesting additions like balance training. I felt like it was a good solid beginner to  light intermediate workout. The only thing I didn't like was there was an over emphasis on the quadriceps and abdominals. There was no abductor work for hamstring work. I will be keeping this one and throw it into my rotation every once in a while, but unfortunately I can't use it as my main strength  work out because it doesn't hit all the muscle groups. I'm also not a fan of the warm-up. I don't like warm-ups that go from standing to the ground to standing, so I found the warm-up a little odd. I would use heavyweights on these as there's not very many repetitions of the arm exercises.
