5 of 5 A great go-to total body workout Sunday, December 10, 2017

I love this workout from Jackie Warner.  If you only have 30 minutes, choose this one because it hits the whole body and the flow will give you a good cardio effect, too.  No matter how many times I do it, I feel challenged.  You can do it with no weights if you're just starting out.  It's mostly toning and a bit heavy with the shoulder work (okay with me).  Alternate it with her Crunch-free Xtreme Abs.

4 of 5 Tough workout even with modifications Saturday, July 26, 2014
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from United States
This was my first Jackie workout and I really enjoyed it. It's a 30 minute workout that even includes a warm up and cool down. It definitely gets the heart rate up; but the moves are slow enough to be able to get good form. Jackie gives a lot of good form cues. Although using a mat is not suggested, it would definitely be helpful as there are some floor move. At the very least, I would definitely suggest having something to kneel on especially if someone has knee issues. (I use a gardener's kneeling cushion and it works great.) There is also a modifier for easier options. This workout spends a little too much time on the shoulders for my taste so probably won't use this often; but felt this workout was put together very well.

3 of 5 Dread Factor Tuesday, July 8, 2014

I really like the moves in this one. You use 3 lb handweights, which doesn't seem like a lot but it really hits the shoulders.  It's definitely a cardio workout with a toning emphasis. This would have been a perfect workout if she'd included longer breaks between moves. But for those looking for lots of intensity, you'll love it.

5 of 5 Tough! Saturday, March 29, 2014
Reviewer: Sharon Lapins from Gatineau, QC Canada
I needed a tough workout that can be done in a condo with no, to minimal, impact.  I did this one last night and I was surprised at how tough it was!  I thought I would be able to use 10 lb dumbbells but NO!  I used 5's for most of it and could have gone down to 3's for some of the moves.  Love the way Jackie uses multiple muscles at one time, ie: holding a squat while doing bicep curls.  Excellent workout, I would recommend it to anyone who thinks that 30 mins isn't enough to get a challenging workout!
