Jillian does (as she always does) compound moves (for example a deadlift with an overhead).  she does one move called the "surrender".  I've been exercising for a long time now and I still can't do it with any weights.  

Jillian uses only 3lb weights, I was using mostly 8lb (except for the shoulders where I was using 5lb).  She recommends you use light weights because there are high reps.  I didn't think that the reps were that high.

In all, this is a good DVD.  There are some (as Jillian puts it) "old school" exercises, but they are very effective.

If you are really into counting and being sure you do that same amount of reps on each side, Jillian's count is off.  You will notice that on one leg she may do 15 reps but on the other leg 17.

You cannot go wrong with this video from Jillian Michaels that focuses on toning the whole body.  I get a good sweat and feel worked out, even refreshed when I do it.  No boredom factor. There's plenty of variety but you get good reps in. In typical form, Jillian runs you through each circuit twice, so if you don't get it right the first time, you get a chance to redeem yourself.  I probably don't reach for this enough.  It's a dependable workout for any rotation.  Alternate with Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism for your cardio days.

Got this dvd with little background knowledge other than seeing her in commercials on tv and am happy with the results.  There are a few moves that could be tricky for people with weak knees or low stamina but is overall a good deal.  I will even look for more of hers.
