Best fitness video opening ever, lovely backdrop and a cute guy performing tons of tough KB moves with Lauren!  It’s what it says it is – short segments that pack a punch – there’s UPPER, LOWER, "LIGHTNING" (which ends with a 2:30 “Mental Toughness” segment that is repeated and is also chaptered) and an ABS section with cooldown. Great as a long workout or as add-on segments!  No official warmup so be prepared to improvise there.  Quick transitions so be ready!  I am very pleased with this purchase;  Lauren Brooks videos are pricey but well worth it for serious kettlebell fans!
