incorporating some leg blasting step movements.......but I cannot get past the twangy accent - I just cringe when I hear the word OVER pronounced OOVER......oover and oover again.  :(

5 of 5 One of the Best Firms Ever!!! Monday, November 17, 2008
Reviewer: uberfemme from Charlotte,NC
This is one of my most favorite workouts ever. It's a half hour of fun fun fun. A party in a box! Or a DVD case. The workout alternates step aerobics with floor aerobics and includes one (tough) section of tall box climbs. The fast leg press will make your legs burn. An excellent workout with great music.
