Pros: she makes yoga feel accessible. The moves are presented in a way that makes them feel simple to get into. Her delivery is down to earth, like a friend leading you through the movements. I like the short sections. She puts a lot in there so it is definitely a workout and not just a gentle stretch.

Cons: it feels dry. She also doesn't hold the poses long enough. I felt like I just arrived when she was moving onto the next one.

Saying that, I still recommend it. There's no spiritual language and I think this is great for a seasoned practitioner who wants something short and simple, or those new to yoga who don't want difficult contortions and flowery speeches.
