This is not my first Brooke Burke workout . She is one of my favorite instructors.  This DVD has her trainer in it.  He demonstrates the moves and encourages us to keep going with Brooke too.  It is a nice, fun workout.  The moves are easy to follow and very effective.  I love Brooke and this is quickly becoming one of my favorite workout DVDs.

I really enjoyed this workout I love the set and I love the feeling of working with a personal trainer. The moves are solid and will give you a real burn. There are some different moves that makes this interesting and fun to do. Brooke is down to earth and friendly makes it great to workout with her. I like this for when I am doing lighter weight work. Great change.
