I love Jessica but I didn't click with this workout. It felt a little repetitious to me. And some of the arm movements seemed awkward. Otherwise, she's a nice change to Leslie and I love the outdoor setting.

Love this walking DVD July 17, 2014

The set is amazing and Jessica is created a fun/effective walking workout. I loved doing this one on the winter days it was to cold to go outside. Two solid workouts that you can do together or on separate days. I highly recommend this for all who want a joint friendly workout that leaves you still worked.

I am a huge fan of Jessica Smith. Her workouts are fun, challenging and unique. The first workouts is mod. intensity and the second workout is a higher intensity interval walk  You always can modify any of those 2 workouts. I feel worked out but not wiped out without all the high impact. So cute her mom joining her in this workouts. You will not be disappointed with this dvd. I really enjoy this dvd.

I LOVE this DVD. The warm up and cool down are separate, and I love the innovative moves and stretches she throws in that are missing from so many workouts esp. Walking ones. I love the 2 workouts. One has a little more intensity and one is more dancy. I have so much fun when I do these. I love Leslie as well, but these are very fun and different when you need a break. Plus, they have Jessica's great personality, outdoor setting, and fun music. Total love!!

I am addicted to JessicaTV so I had to try this workout when it came out. Although similar in style to her online workouts, I do find that I am a little more drawn into her online walking workouts, something about them is a little more natural and at a more normal pace. I still like this workout though, 30 minutes is the perfect amount of time for a good walking routine. I love that this was filmed outside, how cool is that!! One of the workouts is has a little more of a faster pace which I find a bit more challenging. Some of the moves can get repetitive, but overall, a really great Jessica walking workout.
