Mary Helen Bowers may be soft spoken but she means business. This workout is in 15 minute increments which makes it very convenient if you are short on time or want to mix n match. The first is Swan Arms. It looks very graceful and easy. It is not. Your arms will beg for mercy. Then the Total Body Blast not too bad until you place your hands in different angles behind your hips to lift to your body. Then the two butt workouts where the real fun begins. These are KILLERS, esp. Butt 2. Mary Helen is so calm and she makes it look so easy. Don't be fooled. If you are consistent you will have a smoking bod.

I prefer Mary Helen's Total Body DVD, but this one is very good too. Swan Arms is the best section of this DVD - it is unweighted but so, so painful. There are also two great butt sections (all 4s work) and a total body section. Well chaptered and with Mary Helen's calm, precise cueing.
