Begin with a fun and energetic stability ball warm-up to prepare your body for your muscle workout. The strength and endurance segments alternate between upper and lower body muscles and smoothly transition into abdominal and back balance and strength. End this workout with a nice relaxing stretch to elongate your muscles and relax your mind.

Gay Gasper, the first US Step Champion, continues to bring her champion attitude and style to fitness awareness and education.

Gay presents exercise education both nationally and internationally. She has traveled across the US teaching group fitness workshops for Fitour in over 300 cities.

Gay has training the NY Jets as well as choreographed and starred in a step video with Latoya Jackson. She has many top selling exercise videos. Gay is a consultant for Perform Better, Education faculty for SCW and IFTA and a Master Instructor for Qidance, Core Transformer and RealRyder.

Gay resides in Charlotte NC and continues to teach a variety of fitness classes and personal training as well as travel the globe to educate and inspire fitness education around the world.
