2 of 5 Workouts were not for me February 26, 2012

Even though I pre-ordered, I received this workout in advance of the release date. This video is comprised of workouts from other Gaiam DVDs. The only segment I liked was Rodney Yee's Flex (Power Yoga for Flexibility as he called it). This is funny because I don't like yoga that much. Rodney moves fast, but it was doable and he is a good instructor. I did not get much out of Madeline Lewis's Stretch which surprised me because it is an extended 25-minute stretch, and you take your time. I hated Debbie Rocker's Tone segment.  The constant chatter and (almost) endless marching drove me crazy.  This is a DVD I am returning.
