I love that the scenery is beautiful and the instructor is great. The matrix makes it great to create what you need for the day you workout. I do not like all the new age talk just could not get through it...I like being able to meditate and think about what I want and not be coached so much.

A bit different from other Shiva DVDs	May 8, 2014

I'm a big fan of Shiva Rea and I love all of her DVDs (Fluid Power is my absolute favorite). Yoga in Greece is as great as I've expected from Shiva, and it's interesting because it's feels somehow different from previous Shiva DVDs, in a way more philosophical (maybe it wasn't intended and it's just my perception, maybe it was). It also includes meditation with mantras (first time since Fluid Power, yay) and sun salutations with mantras (first time in Shiva DVD ever), and some asanas which weren't in the previous DVDs.
