5 of 5 Loved the fusion of these two disciplines! January 11, 2015

This was my first time working out with Scott, and I'd only done one other Tai Chi video before this by David Dorian-Ross.  Scott is such an excellent instructor and I immediately liked his soothing manner and calm voice.  I hope he does another workout like this, as I loved it!  It was nice to have the two background ladies up on the higher platform behind Scott, too!  He seems so warm, friendly and down-to-earth!  The workout would be suitable for most, but has a couple challenging stretches that are shown for people who are very flexible, but you can modify to your ability.  I haven't had a chance to look at the bonus workouts, but like that there is even more variety and showcasing other instructors, as well!  Thank you for making such a lovely workout that's very professional done by a talented and top-notch instructor!

Scott Cole can be a bit silly for some, but it does make him very approachable. I really like the way he blends different styles in this DVD. There may be a slight challenge for someone new to yoga, and there is a small amount of time spent on the hands. So this may bother someone with intense wrist issues. But mostly this is for stress relief, letting loose and relaxing, which I love. He has a very calming voice as well, so even if a move may have a tiny bit of challenge, he has a way of making it feel relaxing.
