This will always be a favorite and an inspiration to me... My very first workout of this type; this one showed me that exercising could be fun... Fun memories with this one. My kids thought "mom's had gone crazy" when I bought this year's ago!

I love Jennifer she is so good at teaching dance to those of us who can't dance and make it fun. I love the mental and physical challenge of dancing. I love the mix of styles of dance as well makes the time go quick. Of all the 10minute solution dance instructors she is the best.

One of my favorite Jennifer Galardi dance workouts, partly because there are 10 minute segments (love short workouts), but mostly because I did this workout so much I pretty much have the moves memorized. Jen is a great dance instructor, so those new to dance workouts should have no problem following this workout. The music is okay, nothing spectacular, but not bad or annoying. The best part of this workout is that you can choose to do 1 or all segments and mix and match. Finally, a cure for those with fitness ADD. Fat Blasting Dance Mix also does burn a lot of calories and I lost quite a bit of weight with this DVD!

I used this DVD to shape back up after having a baby. It is a quick workout for new moms, can get a whole routine in during nap time! I saw some results (and felt the burn) within the first few days.
