I agree with the reviewer who said this DVD is boring. I also felt that the exercises didn't live up to the "Xtreme" title. Another issue for me is that each 15-minute segment included a fairly lengthy warm-up, and there was no option to play both segments without doing the warm-up twice.

I really like this one. She pulls some of the moves from her other Xtreme Timesaver, but this one is lower intensity and less dread for me. The first part is standing ab work, the 2nd is on the floor. You use light weights. What I like is she incorporates the entire body into the moves and the moves are creative - not endless crunches.

This is a boring dvd from instructor to cast to the workout. The set is fine a gym style set and typical music. It is a total dread factor to it. There are way better ab videos out there like Jessica Smith.
