Beth Cunningham may not have the best on-camera presence, but she knows how to design a well-rounded Pilates session.
This workout combines segments performed while balancing on the roller (challenging but do-able) and exercises which focus on balance, stretching and alignment. The ring and roller were incorporated well throughout.
This is a good DVD for Pilates fans who want a full-body workout, rather than a workout which assaults their abs from every angle.
