Urban Rebounding is the new exercise phenomenon, now in thousands of health clubs worldwide. That’s because it’s more fun, burns fat and calories faster, and is the lowest impact exercise on the planet. This video is part of a library of tapes that now brings Urban Rebounding workouts into your home.

FIRST TIMERS is a mixture of instruction and a short workout. The workout is designed for people who have never been on the Urban Rebounder. The participant will still "Break a Sweat."

BASICS is a beginning level workout. You will become familiar with the Urban Rebounder and its set-up. The video starts with an introduction to the seven core moves. The core moves are then combined in an add-on workout sequence, followed by sports specific moves.

INTERMEDIATE is a 45-minute workout that combines the basic core postures with intermediate hi-low moves and sports specific exercises.

ADVANCED is an intense cardiovascular workout that combines all postures from the first timers, basic and intermediate workouts. The workout also includes many direction changes and new postures.

SENIOR BOUNDING: “Oldies But Goodies” is a fun and effective workout for seniors or individuals that are de-conditioned. The workout uses the stabilizing bar, giving people an added balance device.

ABDOMINAL BOUND is an intense abdominal workout done entirely on the Urban Rebounder. The soft surface of the Urban Rebounder makes Abdominal Bound a whole lotta fun! This workout is a challenge.

Creator of the Urban Rebounding program, JB Berns has been a practicing martial artist for 20 years and is the owner of Urban Group Exercise Consultants. JB is the co-developer of the Jackie Chan Cableflex system and has created a number of other videos including: The Freedom Restoration Series, The Freedom Exercise System, The Sleeping Freedom System, The Perfect Martial Arts Workout and Kids Bound.

Although they tell you that you need "urban" Rebounder, I have another brand and it works just as well.  The moves are pretty basic, but that's good in that you don't have to constantly concentrate but you definitely get your heartrate up and break a sweat.  The intermediate workout is about 45 minutes long and the Advanced is about 30 minutes long.  I have not done the senior workout but I understand that it goes slower.  I'd like to try the "oldies but goodies".  I also haven't done the abs, just haven't gotten to it yet.

This is definitely a keeper workout,
