When I bought some slanted risers to use with my club step, I snagged all the DVDs I could find designed to be used with the "Firm Box" and the "TransFIRMer". I was never a "Firm Believer" back in the day, but I have enjoyed the retro feel of these workouts for something different.

"BSS: Complete Body Sculpting" uses old-school aerobics mixed with traditional strength training moves — you can go fairly heavy here. This is a fun and varied routine that's good to pop in when you feel like doing a "girly" workout. The music in this one is enjoyable too.
