Sizzle & Chisel is the perfect mix of strength and cardio training for an incredible total body workout. This effective and challenging workout with easy to follow movements makes it perfect for all fitness levels.
The workout is 6 rounds of strength training and cardio moves using two sets of weights (one heavier and one lighter) along with a step bench. Starting with an aerobic warm up, you'll quickly move on to interval style rounds which are designed to keep your heart rate elevated while gaining strength and stamina using compound exercises. The cardio portion has it all, traditional aerobic moves, plyometrics, kickboxing and boot camp style drills for a complete metabolic workout. The final round focuses on core work and stretching.
