    This is the first spin dvd I have used so as an avid spin class member at the gym, I was very disappointed.  There is ALOT of resting time on this, generally 1.5mins of hardwork and then 1.5mins of rest!  No variety either. Ok for beginners but wouldnt recommend for others

    This intense interval workout is led by Spinning Master Instructor and pro cyclist Josh Taylor. Josh is an extremely motivating coach who keeps you constantly focused.

    During the warm up Josh explains that the goal of the workout is to teach your body to recover from effort. He adds that everyone who does the workout should consider themselves an athlete.

    The first working block consists of increasingly short speed intervals alternated with recovery periods of the same duration. Josh gives constant countdowns and guidance on your target heart rate and cadence. The same instructions also appear across the bottom of the screen. This is followed by 10 minutes of recovery. Then the second working block focuses on standing climbs.

    The workout lasts for about 55 minutes. You will get the most out of it if you use a heart rate monitor and cadence meter.

    Highly recommended for spinning enthusiasts who want to improve their fitness.
