This workout is awesome, the pace is great, (it is not too slow, I'd say just perfect), I love the setting, it is absolutely beautiful!!  The instructor has great form, her voice is calm and give good cues (it is kind of relaxing).  I've tried all four segment and my least favorite is the total body workout, I love having the option to do a full hour workout or shorter segments as time allows.  Totally recomended!

I don't like pilates dvds that are so advanced that it hurts my neck. I also don't like dvds that last an hour. This one suits me well! The sections are around 20 min which is perfect as an add-on or stand alone workout. She moves through each exercise at a deliberate pace - not too fast, but I didn't feel like I was holding it forever either. There wasn't anything new or revolutionary about the moves, yet it felt fresh to me. The instructor is very pleasant. The form pointers are helpful. And it felt safe to my neck and low back.

This has quickly become a favorite!  Long & Lean Waistline and Lower Body Lift & Sculpt are my favorites - although all 4 sections are good.  While the title states for beginners, I've been doing Pilates DVDs for a few years and this was perfect for me.
