There's a lot of variety on this dvd. Because of the title I expected lots of sun salutations but I was pleased that she uses other movements to get your heart rate up. The combination of poses is interesting. Colleen's form tips are helpful. She's a likeable instructor. I got this because I enjoy her Weight Loss one so much. This is definitely a step up in intensity, but she keeps it attainable for all levels.

A vigorous, fast moving yoga workout that leaves me feeling wonderful.  I will definitely look for more of Colleens' videos.

There is one small issue.  The disc menu lists six workouts.  However, two of them ("Constant Cardio" and "Calorie Killer Workout") are identical.

I really enjoyed this segment of the dvd. It had a few hops and small jumps included to rev up the heart-rate a bit. I wouldn't call it cardio, but it did invigorate. There were also flowing moves with big arm movements that were nice and fluid. The poses were repeated at a swift pace without being too fast to complete. There were some unique moves/poses as well that I found interesting. I thought it was a lovely practice.
