First of all, don't be intimidated by the "Advanced" label on this. If you have ever done any type of dance cardio, especially Tracy Anderson or Barlates, where you sort of just watch and imitate what the instructor does, you will get the hang of this without a problem. I would call it medium impact because there are some fast moves, but not a lot of strenuous moves or jumping. It is mostly in Spanish but the movements translate in any language! It is a 30 minute workout and the time flies by because it is so much fun!
