5 of 5 Great DVD, misleading title. February 9, 2017
Reviewer: Eliza Lenz from Edmonton, AB Canada
Let me start off by saying that I loved this workout. I have all the Athletic Yoga DVDs (save for Yoga for Runners), and this was easily my favourite. That said, I felt compelled to write a review to let people know that this DVD is not just stretching. In fact, it was one of, or perhaps the most, challenging in the series, which is the primary reason I enjoyed it so much. If you're looking for an intermediate yoga routine, I would definitely recommend this, however, don't be fooled by the title. There's nothing particularly flexibility-focused about this workout and if you're new to yoga, you may find it a bit too challenging.
