Instructional Sessions: A rich learning tool - with two options to keep up with your skill progression and schedule.
Long Form (85 minutes) includes more of the detailed, unscripted live-audio explanation and demonstration that make Seane¹s home-practice programs a learning experience as rich and intimate as a one-to-one class. Includes modified Sun Salutations A and B, standing poses, backbends, twists, reflection, meditation and savasana.
Short Form (40 minutes) omits some preparatory poses and commentary for a more fluid, continuous practice.
Breath Session: For progressing skill levels and refining vinyasa breathing technique.
