Love the location it really helps to set the atmosphere for connecting your mind/body with the routine. I loved pilates with the band really helped me get better connection to the muscles by using it. Great workout!

Because of lower back issues I have to be careful while doing Pilates. The band helps my with my back, but I am not really sure why. Maybe the band helps me to keep the proper position.  (My back also does well with the 10 Minute Solutions Pilates ones also...which maybe because I can easily stop to rest my back)

For using a band, this workout has an elegant feel to it. The band itself is flimsy and you can almost see through it. I thought it might be too light, but found it adequate for the workout. The moves flowed nicely. She transitioned quickly and sometimes I was scrambling to get the band in position while trying to start the move with her. Lisa Hubbard is a pleasant instructor and gives good form pointers. I haven't done the ab section but I found the main workout covered every area of the body in a short amount of time.
