I would give this workout 5 stars, but I am not a fan of any of the PowerFit Cardio workouts. They're good, but just too slow and repetitive; my mind wanders. If you use a heavy enough band, you will fell this workout. Keeping in mind this will never be an advanced strength workout or close to it. However you work every muscle withou strain or pain and it's good enough for those looing for anything but Advanced. I found with my HRM that I burned more calories than expected but also felt good about my effort for the day. This would be great for new moms, ppl new to fitness, injury and rehab, and those looking for a quick-total body workout that is effective and to the point. No wasted time here, you're in and out in 18-20 minutes!
