"Butts & Guts" is really the only Cathe DVD you'll need for lower body workouts — but of course, you'll want "Lower Body Blast", "Gym Style Legs", and "Lean Legs & Abs" as well! This is one of Cathe's "must have" DVDs — motivating and well-sequenced with plenty of pre-mixes.

This is one of Cathe's best lower body workouts. The entire workout is 78 min . It has a 30 min standing toning and a 34 min floor workout. You can do the entire workout or just  do the standing/floor workout. Love doing the fire walkers(bands), will get you good, lol! This dvd has 4 premixes ranging from 65-47 min. I also love the bonus ab stability ball. That ab workout gets my abs very time. Highly recommend this dvd.

Great workout and one of my favorite lower body challenges.  Cather gets at every butt muscle and leg muscle to give me DOMS every time.  Has a variety of premixes, however I have always done the entire workout.  No dread factor or mundane feeling that I get from many other lower body workouts.

I love to hate this workout, it's that tough. From the first grouping of exercises, you'll be questioning your sanity. It's a complete lower body burn, worthy of the Marquis de Sade. There is a premix (Leg Blast) that is my go-to when I want a difficult leg challenge. It's only 40 minutes long, but not one minute is wasted.

This is my favorite Cathe. Sometimes I do all of it, but usually do one of the great premixes. I always have great lower body results when this is part of my routine. Something about the sequencing makes it not dreadful and exhausting, even though it is tough. Her Lower Body Blast is another goodie. She is always professional and pleasant, giving good form tips and encouragement.

I´m not going to write a long review, all I want to say is THIS DVD WORKS! I have definition in my abs for the first time ever and the leg workout is fab ( I usually just do the standing part) My Cathe collection is growing!

This is one of my favorite Cathe workouts!  It is very versatile with good chaptering so can be broken into smaller workouts quite easily.  I really love the two core workouts on it also.

I was a "afraid" to try Cathe for the longest time.  Her workouts seemed to have such a serious hype, I thought they wouldn't feel friendly enough for me.  But, I was happy to discover that they are pleasant and friendly even while being challenging workouts.  She works you hard, but has a great can-do smile and attitude.  Her cuing is top notch, and that makes the moves more doable-and more safe.  The fire walkers in these were fun.  And there are SO MANY premixes on this.  It's like getting a collection of workouts.

This video works.  That's all I have to say.  If you stick with it and get past the inevitable "Oh my gosh, my butt is on fire!" feeling, you'll really see results. I hadn't used Cathe videos before so I didn't know you could break the workout into chapters so I did the whole thing...what is it, 80 minutes?...the first time around.  I had NO IDEA that the result would be that I couldn't walk straight for the next few days, but let me tell ya...you're going to want to stick with this video.  You don't have to do the whole thing every time, but you should keep this video on your shelf for those days when you just feel like you need that extra umph! in your workout. The unforeseen benefit?  My boyfriend loves by booty!
