This is a great lower body strength and endurance workout with a good aerobic effect. People should be aware it includes hundreds of squats and lunges. The lower body work is paired with upper body moves using light weights so to a lesser extent this is a full body workout.  The dvd is well chaptered so it is easy to choose just one section for a shorter workout or an add on to another workout.

I absolutely love this workout, it is definitely a challenge. It targets the lower body like nothing else I have ever experienced without using machines or weights. Sylwia literally cooks your lower half and not much of a break. This will definitely sculpt your body and give you plenty of energy.

I just love, love Tonique, I only have  this one, but after doing this one for awhile, I'm now going to buy all of them. it's  tough, tough, did I say tough... and somewhat grueling workout, but absolutely no dread factor for me, it really gives me a adrenaline high and when I finished I feel sooooooooo good, just love this workout. If you're thinking about it go for it, it will definitely challenge and push you to your limits. There are some higher impact cardio moves and lots and lots of lunges and squats, so if you got "iffy" knees it may not be a good fit. If this workout doesn't get you in shape nothing will
