I do this 2-3x week.  It's great that there are 2 workouts.  Nice variety, mixing it up!  Good tutorial and the joint mobility section is a good length.  Lauren is friendly and knowledgeable.  It's hard to hear the couple of comments of the background exerciser.

I really enjoy Lauren's DVD.  She is a real instructor and does very well with her cueing, she isn't annoying like some other instructors and the music is good.  

I dont' have a lot of time in the mornings for a workout so I like that I have 2 options on this DVD, either a blast that is 14 min's or the whole workout in 40 minutes, either way you have done a GREAT workout and worked up a great sweat!  You don't need to feel like you need to add anything on when you are finished :)  

I would buy it again if I had to do it over.   I have also emailed Lauren Personally and she's been more than personable which I think is wonderful!  :)

GO FOR IT!

This is a very good addition to your kettlebell library. The 40 minute workout is challenging and efficient. You can easily advance to the next round by pressing the skip button between rounds. I have also used the shorter 12 minute workout and liked it. I have not used the tutorial as I am not new to kettlebells. Lauren has a great physique and her background exerciser also very inspiring.

My first kettlebell purchase. I love her! Very clear and precise instructions, and a very good follow along w/out. Dvd was sticky in a couple of places but it didn't affect the w/out itself.  Many ways to use the dvd to get different w/out times, from 12 mins. to 58 mins. or even more!

I love this workout!  It utilized the kettlebell as well as body weight exercises.  You can use it multiple ways.  I have done the 40 minute workout followed by the 12 minute intense workout, sometimes I do just 1 circuit of each in the 40 minute workout for an approximately 30 minute workout (with the joint mobility section), or you can do 1 circuit and the 12 minute intense workout.  I can't wait for Lauren's next DVD!
