5 of 5 High on fun, deceptively intense July 27, 2014
Reviewer: Vee from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Innovatively choreographed, challenging workout to rocking tunes. Michele and her crew have impeccable form. The movements are fast paced and call upon (or will be great to develop) agility. Michele has put together movements that are accessible to most people. A modifier demonstrates variations for those with reduced range of motion or limitations in strength. These are the kind of movements in which, the better you get, the harder you will work because of the greater range of motion. This workout challenges me and puts a smile on my face.

4 of 5 Unique & Creative July 26, 2014
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Pittsburgh
This is a creative workout inspired by both dance and yoga. I like that there is not a lot of repetition - the workout is done in small segments that aren't repeated, so if you don't like something you know you won't have to do it again.

Michelle cues well, but there are a few parts that are complicated and hard to get the first few times. My knees aren't crazy about some of the moves - I think it's because Michelle goes quickly and my form isn't perfect yet.

I like the corework at the end, it's pretty challenging, and the ending stretches are very nice. All in all this one is fun and leaves me feeling nice and stretched at the end.

5 of 5 Challenging and Fun! July 22, 2014
Reviewer: Stephanie from Kitchener, ON Canada
I first bought this workout about a year ago.  I did it once then shelved the DVD thinking it ridiculously difficult.  I've been working out a lot lately and decided to give it another try. I'm so glad I did!  I'm stronger now and found it challenging but doable.  Michelle has put together a very creative routine that requires core strength and flexibility.  I definitely felt the work in my sides the next day.  It's engaging, fun, and interesting which is important to me.  I have dozens of fitness DVDs and am always on the look out for something new.  Give it a try and don't give up if it seems too difficult at first.  :)

5 of 5 My favorite workout! July 20, 2014
Reviewer: Giselle from Chicago
This is a fun, fun, fun workout!  When I got it, I did it 3x's the first week!

The first half of the workout is contemporary dance inspired.  Meaning there's no routine to learn, but you are doing a lot of moves that have a dance feel to them.  The second half of the workout you move to the floor and that's when you see the yoga and Pilates aspects of this workout.  The workout is advanced due to the nonstop nature of the first half and strength required for the second half.  There are a few moves that are confusing.  It definitely took several tries to get them right and I'm still not sure I have them right, however that doesn't hinder what I get from the workout or how much I like it.  I just keep trying!

The music is great in this one!  It's inspiring and goes with the flow of the workout.  Also the instructor is great.  She seems to be enjoying the workout and that helps me enjoy it too!

I highly recommend this workout for fun and challenge all in one!

5 of 5 Advanced but a Fun Challenge July 7, 2014
Reviewer: Ruth Rousseau from Ottersberg, Niedersachsen Germany
This workout is advanced. There are moves in it that I can't do and have to modify a lot, but it is lots of fun!
I like the standing dancey part best. Time flies by and I have fun while working up a sweat. That is always a bonus.
Michelle is upbeat and full of energy, but not annoyingly so.  She cues very well.

I'm an intermediate exerciser and find this workout challenging but fun.

5 of 5 I was mistaken! July 2, 2014
Reviewer: Casandra Wood from Rio Rancho, NM United States
I thought this would be easy and I was mistaken! I am in fair shape and I was humbled by this workout! Do not get discouraged if you cannot get this done the first time around! I had to pause here and there to catch my breath but it was a blast and it will test how strong you are!

4 of 5 What a workout loved the unique style July 2, 2014
Reviewer: Michelle from Canada
Michelle is a fantastic instructor one of the best out there. She has created something dynamic and unique in this fusion workout. You will not get bored. It is very challenging and I have long way of going to get this all mastered. But I love that she has found away to challenge me. It is not for beginners but a great place to work up to. I love her energy and zest.

5 of 5 Advanced Fusion! July 22, 2013
Reviewer: TracyAZGal from Phoenix, AZ United States
This is a brilliant advanced level fusion routine. Michelle is an excellent instructor and this routine is very dynamic and uses dance, yoga and Pilates movements for a fusion mat workout like no other! It is a little advanced for me at the moment-but for those who are always looking for a fusion style workout, but need something  challenging-this is it! The music is amazing and motivating and there is one modifier who I followed a lot. She does break down the more advanced moves in a tutorial segment at the beginning of the workout and it did help me a lot to do them a few times before attempting them in the workout.  It reminds me of Tracey Mallett's Dance Fuse Cardio Melt and Will Power & Grace Mile High a bit. I do feel it is more advanced than both of those and is really put together well and has even reps and hits every muscle! Great and modern routine!

5 of 5 Finally a Challenging Mat-Fusion Workout June 22, 2013
Reviewer: Melissa Barnum from South Williamsport, PA United States
I am so thankful to Michelle for creating a challenging mat-fusion workout for us advanced exercisers.  I do like mat-fusion but the workouts are usually so easy I have to do them on off days or when I am injured.  This one has just enough challenge to keep me interested.  I hope she creates more of these.

5 of 5 Loved this one June 11, 2013
Reviewer: karie vaughn from fort lauderdale, FL United States
I'm an advanced exerciser who loves a good hard and challenging workout. I tried this workout because I love Michelle and have all of her Peak Fit workouts. I have to say that I LOVED this one! I smiled throughout the whole workout which is something that I haven't done in a long time! The moves were great and combined cardio, strength, and flexibility. The music was amazing and Michelle has great cueing. I think as you get used to the moves you will be able to put more into this workout. I have 2 left feet and found this workout easy to follow. I highly recommend this workout for anyone looking for something fun and different.
