a very intelligent instructor and a very intelligent workout. Petra is my new favorite . I am using Christi Taylor, Cathe and Kelly Coffey but now i am hooked on Petra. Anyone can find its level here.

5 of 5 Loved it! March 1, 2015
Reviewer: Rose from Stephens City, VA United States
I have a few of her workouts and love them. However,I do better with her athletic workouts. I used her Cardio for Beginners and got the basic steps down so that when I graduated to Boogie I didn't have any trouble. I love this! She really gets my heart rate up and it is so much fun. The time flies by. I highly recommend both workouts!

5 of 5 Enjoyable July 15, 2014
Reviewer: Suzanne from Arlington, VA United States
This is a feel-good kind of workout that has zero dread factor. Because I'm at the "advanced" level, I found this workout a good recovery-type session. The blasts did get my HR up, but for the most part, this was a less-intense steady state session. A good addition to my collection, regardless, since there are days where it's good to chill. I'm not a dancer so I appreciated the less-complex choreography, which I expect to master with time. I liked the instructor and backgrounders. Petra is excellent at cuing, too. There is a lot of variety in this workout, as well--good combination of easy dance-type footwork with athletic moves.

4 of 5 Good groove for non dancers July 8, 2014
Reviewer: Jenny
Love me some Petra! This is such a fun workout! Even for me ,- who has 2 left feet! I love workouts where moves are shown at several different levels instead of all backgrounders doing the same thing, and this one provides that! So fun, and Petra just makes me smile. She always cheers me up. I gave 4 stars because, yes, there are premixes. Which is a good thing. But they are unbalanced. I.e. working only one side of the body in each premix. I still love it though, and the mix of styles and fun music.

5 of 5 No dread July 6, 2014
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from United States
A good one for a day when you know you need to move but don't have a lot of energy. With the more advanced modification in the intervals, it doesn't quite feel advanced to me. The dancier versions of the moves are doable and not complex, and Petra breaks the patterns down well and is a good cuer. This is the first workout of hers I tried and I enjoyed her sunny personality. The music is very good too.

5 of 5 Fun!!! April 3, 2012

I agree with all the other posts! I've worked out with Petra since her FitTV/Reebok days 15 years or so ago. Love her. Her cuing is always great, and her personality is always reassuring. She knew just what to say to get me to push harder. The music is all kinds of fantastic. I wish all videos contained music this good, and it's a rarity these days. Great workout that is easily modified up or down with a top notch instructor.

5 of 5 Was that an hour? Really? Well how 'bout that! March 3, 2010
Reviewer: LauraBella from TN United States
FLIES by!  Like so many of Petra's dvds you really can get in an hour long workout wihtout "feeling" like you are working out for an hour.  I like that this one has levels, so if you are feeling more or lest like a challenge, she shows you modifications for that.  The moves are simple and easy to follow, and I love that she gets right into it without lengthy warm ups or instructionals.  Really fun.  By my count the workout is 55 minutes BEFORE you add in the yoga stretch.     (The stretch is somewhere between 5 and 10 minutes.)  This, Just Dance, and 321 are my fave Petras.

5 of 5 Fantastic cardio December 4, 2009
Reviewer: Lucky Star from NYC
This is a wonderfully happy and lengthy sweatfest. Petra is an elegant and joyful instructor whose cueing is solid. The music is a gorgeous tapestry of danceable ethnic tunes which makes a refreshing change from the usual techno stuff. I am severely dance challenged so opted out of the few true dance moves and it was still no problem. Petra makes sure ALL are welcome lol. This is probably my best exercise buy of the year and I've bought a LOT.
