5 of 5 Keeper! July 24, 2014

I've had this for a while and it will stay in my collection. I like that it feels like fusion-pilates, which makes the moves interesting. Lizbeth cues very well. The workout goes fast. I always go into the workout thinking it will be easy but I finish feeling accomplished.

5 of 5 Geat Workout! July 14, 2014

This a great Pilates Workout Dvd, Lizbeth is a great instructor, very encouraging, great form and good cueing.  The setting is lovely and the workout flows nicely, the instructor really packs a punch in a short amount of time.  The total body strength bonus is a great addition too. Love it!

5 of 5 Fantastic Pilates session! July 5, 2014
Reviewer: RedPanda from Australia
I enjoyed Jules Benson's "Total Core Pilates" so much, I started looking around for another workout with a similar graceful flow. The Pilates workout on this Shape DVD delivers.

This is a fast-paced workout; Lizbeth Garcia delivers a lot in only 30 minutes and, as always, provides excellent cueing.

4 of 5 Good, well-paced intermediate Pilates workout September 9, 2012
Reviewer: Livingroom Athlete from New Zealand
Lizbeth Garcia provides a briskly paced, without being rushed, Pilates workout with an interesting mix of exercises. She doesn't provide much (if any) set up for the exercises, so you'll need prior Pilates knowledge in how to stabilise your pelvis and change range of movement to ensure that you don't swing around wildly. Lizbeth is warm and encouraging, and doesn't focus just on killing your abs!

3 of 5 Good and quick August 11, 2010
Reviewer: kelly from NC
Found this to be a good and quick dvd in case you are just starting out or are short on time.  I tend to like longer workouts and that is why I gave a 3 rating instead of higher (it just seemed to be on the short side but did cover the main points).

5 of 5 Great for people with pilates experience November 17, 2008
Reviewer: Llynrimsa from Ottawa, CA
I have about 15 Pilates DVD's and this is absolutely the best - she never stops and gives a real workout.  It would not be so good for someone who has never done pilates because she assumes a basic knowledge but it fills a real gap in the market.  So many of the other pilates DVDs available are very basic.
