4 of 5 "easy"...for a Tonique July 31, 2014
Reviewer: Bells
This would be a good beginner workout for those getting used to Tonique.  I found it easier than some of her other workouts.  It is long if you do the entire workout in one setting and repetitive, but in the right mindset you can easily get through that part of it.  Good moves, not really cardio-based like her other workouts - more endurance/toning.  No music, so have your own ready.

4 of 5 Great moves, but lacking in music July 11, 2014
Reviewer: MSU from Monroe, NC United States
This is a good workout, with some creative mat work, which I find more enjoyable than energy mat. The only drawbacks are that it is not chaptered and doesn't have premixes. I also really, really, wish she had put it to music, but it is so reasonably priced that it is hard to hold that against her. The nature set is very pretty and a great change up from indoor sets.

5 of 5 OUCH!!! :-) July 10, 2014
Reviewer: Susan from MO United States
I like Sylwia. Her workouts are a little unconventional & some of her comments are a little strange, but she always puts a smile on my face while she's kicking my butt! CardioMat combines standing & mat exercises. My entire body hurt the next day after completing the workout, but in a good way. Unfortunately, this one isn't chaptered & it's 80 minutes long, so if time is a factor that might be a drawback. I loved the laidback outdoor setting & as I said I find Sylwia super sweet. I would definitely recommend this workout.

5 of 5 More greatness from Sylwia July 6, 2014
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Pittsburgh, PA
I don't find this one to be very cardio intensive, but it has some great floor work. It's long, but like a previous reviewer said it's pretty easy to cut in half. I've found it easier than it used to be now that I've done her more recent (and intense) DVDs, but it's definitely tough. I actually like Sylwia's sneaky counting - when she does her "double ten" (ie 20), it's somehow easier to finish the reps.

There is no music and Sylwia is in a nature preserve, which I really enjoyed. I also like the live instruction (instead of voiceover). This one is a great value for the price.

I loved the natural background and sounds in this one. What a butt burner:) I can't do all of it is a little too much repudiative for me but good to do parts of it.

5 of 5 TWENTY MORE!!! March 15, 2011
Reviewer: Susan W. from Texas
This gal is a flabby butt's worst enemy!!!  She attacks the glutes and thighs from every direction and in ways you have not done before.  Sylwia's counting is atrocious but it is somewhat charming because she ruefully admits it.  Just be forewarned that a countdown from ten will inevitably lead to a declaration for TWENTY MORE!  (OMG).  This workout is looong - 75 minutes - and not chaptered but it's easy to divide into part one (no mat) and part two (with mat).  Certainly a bargain and a keeper!
