I love this! I had a really hard time with this when I first bought it a few months ago, but I have since bought all the ICE workouts and when I went back to this I had better stamina. I do the Heavy Bag sequence even though I don't have a bag. I just do the movements without it. I am dripping with sweat when I am done. Great workout!!!

4 of 5 Cathe Rockout Knockout July 23, 2014

I did the Rockout Knockout + Bonus Heavy Bag premix and I thought the workout moved pretty fast.

Each of the sections was just enough and not too much of any one thing.

The only thing is as you move from Kickbox Cardio to Cardio With Gloves, your momentum slows because obviously you have to stop or certainly slow down to put on your gloves. Cathe and crew appear in the next segment with their gloves already on.  Which is annoying because trying to work the remote with the gloves is difficult to say the least.

Overall, I really like this workout.

5 of 5 Kickboxing Fun! July 22, 2014
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from OR United States
As a longtime Cathe fan, I have to say that her kickboxing ones are among my favorites. This one is no exception. It's a really fun cardio workout, intense enough, but not super intense. The moves are basic, although the combinations take a bit of concentration. I generally found the music motivating. I enjoy the presence of her background exercisers as well.

4 of 5 Good Variety July 16, 2014

I'm not a fan of boxing, but this workout is one of my more favorite of Cathe's (or anyone's) boxing.  I do find this kind of workout to be more on the Intermediate side and I do save it for more of an easier day.

I enjoy the heavy bag bonus and use light weights for the entire workout to give it more "oomph".

5 of 5 Love everything about this one. July 11, 2014

Really fun and what a great way to get out aggression. I love that you can get a great sweat with a really good thought out workout with grey flow. The music is really motivating in this one. I love Cathes dvds so much because of the great music. I like that there is a tabata with the heavy bag a lot of fun. No dread factor you feel fierce after this.

5 of 5 Well Done! July 9, 2014
Reviewer: Suzanne from Arlington, VA United States
didn't think Cathe could surpass Hardstikes or K,P,&J, but this one is magnificent. It takes the best elements of all her MMA-type workouts and melds them into a fun, challenging, fast-moving workout. It's not a rehash, there are a lot of new, creative moves. Good warm up that gets your arms/shoulders/legs/core ready---loved that Cathe added high punches  First segment is kickboxing---punching & kicking. I wore 1lb gloves and my HR was really high. Second segment, put on your gloves. Dare I say it, but I think I enjoyed this almost more than HardStrikes. It didn't last long enough for me, though. Last segment, 4 combos and all moved at a reasonable, but HR-increasing pace if you put your body into it. I really enjoyed these combos, new combos of punch/kicks & all low impact. I especially loved the last one because it was all punching, no kicks. Cathe showed a new (for me) way of doing hooks, so you have two options
