5 of 5 Short and Sweaty December 23, 2014
Reviewer: Bubbles76 from Jackson, NJ United States
This dvd has five workouts that are 25-29 minutes each, including warm up and cool down. The warm ups and cool downs are about 5 minutes each, and are the same for each workout. The dvd is fully chaptered into warm up, workout, and cooldown, and includes many premixes of various lengths. The five workouts are Low Impact, Hi/Lo, Cardio Blast, Fat Blasting Circuit, and Step. Most of the segments were drill based, including moves such as jump shots, power jacks, air jacks, burpees, scissor jumps, etc. All segments, except for Cardio Blast, included a toning segment. The choreography was easy to follow. Most of the moves were high impact, with the exception of the low impact segment.  I would definitely rate these workouts advanced.  One wish: that we could have programmed our own segments instead of just relying on premixes.  Overall, an excellent dvd with short, tough workouts for time crunched mornings!  These workouts will get your heart rate high and keep it up there!

Crazy what a sweaty happy mess after this one. One of the hardest she has ever done. I love the music and I love Cathe. Lots of great premixes to change things up and give you more or less of a challenge.

5 of 5 X77 is my favorite July 16, 2014
Reviewer: Bells
When Cathe released this series, X77 was the first workout I did and I was hooked.  I was a sweaty mess and the entire workout flew by.  Each section is about 25 minutes long (not 10 minutes as some think - this includes each section having the same warm-up and cool-down along with the actual workout).

There are so many premixes you can pick how long you want to work out or each individual workout is short enough to use as an add-on or a mid-day exercise (you will have to shower afterwards!).  The moves are fun and fast paced and keep you engaged.  It is high impact (but can be modified).  One full section uses no equipment, therefore can be used on travel.

So versatile, so fun and I feel so accomplished afterwards.

4 of 5 Intensity July 9, 2014
Reviewer: Suzanne from Arlington, VA United States
I can do Tabatacise Level 5 with no problems. X10 takes it to a higher level. I have tried all but the circuit section & found them all to be relentless, "I surrender" in terms of intensity. In a GOOD way. Each segment moves quickly, is non-stop, & has lots of variety. Very effective. You will be drenched. This is a great challenge for advanced athletes while giving folks at all fitness levels a challenge. The variety in the premixes are the icing on the cake.

5 of 5 Awesome and Challenging All-In-One Work-out! March 20, 2014
Reviewer: Susan from AL, United States
This dvd is a best buy.  There's are five different work-outs (step, low impact, hi/lo, cardio blast, and fat burning circuit) that are each about 25 minutes.  You can do one work-out or do one of the numerous pre-mixes.  I personally love the X77 premix which is all the work-outs rolled into one awesome challenging total body work-out.  This dvd has it all-aerobic and anaerobic cardio, strength, warm-up, and cool-down.  The music and Cathe's instruction are motivating.  Very highly recommended!
