The first time I tried this workout, I disliked it because I wasn't patient in terms of learning the choreography. The second time I gave it a shot, I loved it and now it's a treat to do it. I do it with one riser and I still get my HR in the working zone. The choreography, once mastered, is fun, and the blasts are good but not killer.

I found this workout to be too easy and slow for my taste.  I have all of Cathe's workouts and prefer others over this one.  I did modify to make it more of a high impact workout, which helped, however I still found it slow - kept looking at the clock.  I still gave it 4 stars because I think it is better than other non-cathe workouts I have, but not as good (i.e. my style) as her other awesome workouts.

I love this step workout!!  Don't let the name fool you - it is low impact, high intensity step at its best.  At 70 minutes with 7 step combos and intensity blasts, you will be working hard!

The intensity blasts are great lower body workouts and the step combos are fun and challenging.  Some of the moves can be tricky at first if you are not used to Cathe but if you watch the workout a few times first, you'll get the hang of it in no time.

The premixes are also great when you are short on time or if you want to build up to the entire workout.

Great cardio workout! Produces strong, sculpted core, legs and glutes! Gets heart rate high and keeps it there. Keeps you moving and doesn't get boring.
