Serious amazing total body workout. It has everything covered in this dvd it will leave you a sweaty mess. Another must have from Cathe if you want to be pushed.

This is a tough workout — 70 minutes of cardio and strength drills that will work every body part. Yet Cathe uses her trademark energy to make it fun and keep you motivated and working hard. Be warned that this one does require a lot of equipment and a fair amount of space.

I love this DVD.  I usually do the double cardio premix, which provides great steady state cardio with bursts at several points.  The cardio only is different from other cardio as it is drills that use the ball or hand weights and feels more like sport drills.  The full workout is great also and provides a full body workout with cardio in between.  Very versatile and fun.

Drill Max is a 72 min fun and intense, total body athletic circuit workout. You will do 6 drills consisting of cardio, lower body and upper body. It has 6 premixes ranging from 39 min to 63 min. You feel every muscle worked after this workout. The music is great in this dvd. I love everything about this dvd. I highly recommend this dvd.

After I did this DVD I couldn´t figure out for days why my butt was aching, then I remembered........ ´FIRE WALKERS!´  This is a fab DVD, no complex moves, but boy, bring your energy and prepare to sweat!!!!!!!! who needs a gym when you have Cathe´s DVDs!!!!

This is an excellent DVD. Boot Camp style drills with intense Cardio and challenging muscle toning.  I do this one about twice per week and it really kicks my rear end.  Has some great pre-mixes as well so if you only want cardio.  Five stars!

I use thiswhen I workout at home, and am up for a real challenge. Doing the entire video really kicks my butt!! An excellent full body and cardio workout. Keeps the mind and body fully engaged.
