I had pretty much given up on buying Cathe workouts. I have the intermediate-level workouts of hers that I can do and I enjoy those. But, I had given up on getting any of her workouts designated at the advanced level because, even if they were low impact, they are too hard on my joints and my system. Then, I started reading about this workout. And, everything I read seemed to indicate that it would be doable by me, so I took the chance. And, boy, am I ever glad I did! It's one fun workout that is very customizable for different levels of fitness, even a 50-year-old intermediate exerciser with bad hands/wrists and knees.

What I liked about All Out Low HiiT was that it moved quickly and the soundtrack was pretty good.  

What I didn't like about the workout was that there was not a countdown clock/timer. In most of Cathe HiiiT workout she includes this feature in the HiiT section/workouts.  I like seeing how many seconds I am performing each exercise and how much rest time I have before the next set starts.
Also there were not any subtitles telling you which exercise you were performing.

There are three sections:
Floor - this section contains 10 exercises
Step - this section contains 7 exercises
Disc - this section contains 4 exercises

I am loving having low impact HIIT workouts that work me hard but leave my body from feeling beat up. Cathe has done it again given so much variety and well planned workouts that you can grow into and change it up. Looking for a good sweaty workout with little impact this is a perfect one for you.

I love HiiT and I love Cathe videos.  This is definitely low impact, but I will be honest, I modified it to be high impact.  Nice variety of moves without repetition, got a good burn and my cardio was medium (low if I did low impact).  Good music, good pace and good premixes for versatility.

This is one I pull out frequently. If you want a challenging cardio workout that is kind to your joints, you need to get this DVD. There are three sections, the hardest being the floor cardio. In my experience, that segment gives you the bonus of challenging your leg strength. The step and disk segments are also challenging and fun. Lots of good premixes on this DVD to make it a great investment.

I bought this because I enjoy Cathe's Cardio Supersets and Afterburn and do them often. Low Impact HIIT is similar in style with the exception that no intervals are repeated. I don't own gliding discs and I use paper plates for mountain climbers, and other gliding discs moves (there are only 3 of them) can be easily modified both into low impact or high impact variations w/o discs. I haven't tried the ab segment yet, but I'm sure it's good, b/c Cathe is always great when it comes to working your abs. I'm glad I purchased this item and I'll alternate it with Cardio Supersets and Afterburn.
