4 of 5 Generally great July 8, 2016

I love the moves especially the cardio with 2 pound weights, and she keeps you challenged.

However, she covers a lot of space.  This one won't work if you have a small living room.

I love the concept of low impact with weights. Good workout.
What I don't like:  The lack of instruction before the move - feel like I'm chasing the new move.  The awkward move to floor for pushups and leg lifts.

4 of 5 Like premixes more than whole workout February 15, 2015
Reviewer: Laura S. from Rockville, MD United States
This workout truly is low impact. Sharon gives higher impact options, but presents them as moves that go beyond the low-impact mandate of the workout. There is a background exerciser that always sticks to the low-impact move. The music is really good; it has vocals and it's upbeat and motivating. There are some combinations that are just plain fun. She can put together moves that flow and I find myself grinning while doing them. On the other hand, there are some parts of the workout that just drag. She spends a long time putting together combinations and then repeats them several times.  I have done the two Zero to 40 premixes and really enjoyed them, the light weight day most of all. And these are where I spend most of my time with this DVD.

5 of 5 Great Music July 12, 2014

The music is great. Most dvds have generic music but this one has some pop hits. I love getting a cardio and weight workout all in one. Very fun.

Great low impact workout using weights to help you have a better cardio burn they are light weights. The music was fun and Sharon is fun. A great different workout that gives you a good moderate workout. Nice to mix it up from all the really high intensity.

4 of 5 Better than I thought July 6, 2014

I wasn't sure if I would really like this video or not.  I typically don't use light weights with cardio, but I really like Sharon's dvds and thought I would give it a go.  I ended up liking it.  However, I needed to make some adjustments.  I don't have weights lighter than 5 lbs, so for the cardio portions I just left the weights out and made the movements more intense.  This is good for days when I don't want to work very hard and need less impact.  Overall, well designed and the music is great.
