4 of 5 She cues!!!! :-) August 15, 2014
Reviewer: Susan from MO
I have a love/hate relationship with Tracy Anderson's workouts. I love the high rep/low weight aspect but I have to be really careful, because if I overextend during the leg/glute portions I have a tendency to tweak my lower back. Precision Toning is slightly easier than her other workouts. She uses 5 & 3 lb weights during the arm section & 1.5 lb ankle weights during the glute section. The best part of this workout is that she finally cues; sometimes as a voice over & sometimes during the workout, which makes it easier for me to pay attention to my form if I don't have to stare at the TV to know what to do. Instead of putting this entire DVD in my toning rotation, I'll probably use portions of this workout as add ons.

3 of 5 Not my favorite July 31, 2014
Reviewer: Someone from Somewhere in the Nord!
I've tried this Dvd, and I didn't find it enjoyable, I guess that's why I haven't reach for it often.  I was sore the next day so it did worked my muscles differently. I didn't click with Tracy's personality either.  The segment I liked the most was the abs section, I found the arms section ok, and the lower half was pure torture, I think there were 30-40 reps before changing of exercises, I'm always up for a challenge, but I didn't enjoy this one as I thought I would.  If you're a Tracy's fan you probably will love it.

5 of 5 Great workout! July 9, 2014
Reviewer: Kelli from MS United States
This workout is incredible. I like that the segments are broken down according to body parts so you can work exactly which part of your body you want to focus on or you can perform all the sections for a full body workout. Tracy gives excellent cues in this DVD so you can learn proper form and reps. This workout may be too tough for beginners, but is a good choice for intermediate to advanced levels. I really felt the burn during the exercises on this one, but it's short enough that I didn't get too fatigued to continue.

I like all of the segments on this DVD. It makes a great add-on to other workouts. Tracy cues well unlike some of her other workouts.

4 of 5 Love the Shorter Segments! July 2, 2014
Reviewer: Pam B from Round Rock, TX United States
This is one of my favorite Tracy Anderson workouts. Finally, a Tracy Anderson DVD with shorter 15 minute segments, each focusing on a different body part. I find this workout totally doable and great for beginners. More advanced exercisers might find this workout a bit too easy, but the short segments also make good add-ons to other workouts. Precision Toning is a great introduction to Tracy Anderson's unique style of exercising before progressing to her metamorphosis set.

5 of 5 Excellent Workout November 6, 2013
Reviewer: susan smoaks from quincy, FL United States
I am a fan of Tracy Anderson.  She grows on you.  I have several of her DVDs and this one is by far my favorite.  I love how she breaks the segments up and focuses on one body part for 15 minutes and then moves to the next.  I was so sore after doing this DVD the first time.  I feel stronger and I know that I look better too!  I highly recommend this DVD to Tracy fans new and old.  She does an excellent job with the cues on this one.

5 of 5 Excellnet workout- Tracy's Best! September 24, 2013
Reviewer: Tracy AZ Gal from Phoenix, AZ United States
This was such an excellent workout by Tracy. It is meant to get you ready for her Metamorphosis programs and then later her continuity programs. She cues and instructs and counts reps. The Arm section was an absolute favorite! A full 15 min of un weighted and weighted arm work with different rotations to really exhaust the arms! Legs uses a chair and was tough and the reps were at a25 per move, the Butt section was done on all fours and the reps were counted out at 40 per moves. The Abs were classic Tracy with the legs extended out and used in different rotations, then finishing up with some tough plank work. All in all Tracy really gives you the basics of her method, but it is not an easy workout. She guides you and counts the reps- but it is tough! This is a great DVD to have, IMO Her Greatest Hits of moves to add to your fitness library! I am so happy with this workout and am glad she is putting out a lot of content for us at home exercisers to use! Thanks Tracy!
