4 of 5 Great Choice for Barre July 31, 2014
Reviewer: T from Tarpon Springs, FL United States
Tracy hits all the tough spots with standing pulses and arm work with a million reps. I like the creative camera work and I like the moves. Unfortunately, I felt the upper body had too much shoulder emphasis. This workout has some dread for me, but it's very effective. I got tired of hearing the word "squeeze." The dvd has a lot of material and options. Definitely a good value.

5 of 5 An original and athletic take on barre July 13, 2014
Reviewer: RedPanda from Australia
I love Tracy Effinger's athletic take on barre. This is a very original DVD, from the exercises themselves, to the way the video switches back and forth between different locations — probably to take your mind off the pain! “Squeeze” was originally released in 2007, and has certainly stood the test of time.

This is Tracy’s first DVD, and it’s not perfect. Some of the premixes are set up oddly, for example, in the “Power Squeeze” workout, you perform three minutes of standing stretches before you have performed any lower body work, and the lighting is a bit too dark in the segment where she has her feet on the wall to see the exact position of her feet. But these are minor quibbles — the DVD is well-chaptered, and provides plenty of options to customise your own workout.

Tracy is a very engaging and enthusiastic instructor who provides precise instructions.

5 of 5 Great challenging workout July 6, 2014

I love this workout for the intense burning you feel in all the moves. The set makes you feel motivated to work. It is a great sequence of moves for all over body.

4 of 5 Prepare for Sore Muscles! July 2, 2014
Reviewer: Pam B from Round Rock, TX United States
I don't break out this workout often, but when I do I am sore for days! The moves in Squeeze are killer. The reps can be intense at times and a few of the moves I have to modify to make them work a little better. Overall, I love that this workout is a different more athletic version of barre. If I was not such a wimp I would probably do this workout more often. Squeeze is great if you have a large barre collection, but want to try something different, maybe push yourself to the next level.

4 of 5 Good non-traditional toning workout November 18, 2008
Reviewer: Mrs. Jones from Houston, TX
I cycle this workout into my rotation about once a week on a strength day. It's a nice change from heavier lifting, and really works the muscles that tend to get missed/overlooked when doing traditional strength work. It's also great because you get flexibility training worked in as well.

5 of 5 Wow October 10, 2008

This is a great workout.  The first time I did it the next day I was sore in all the right spots.  I can tell this is a keeper and that I'm sure to get amazing results.  I can not wait for squeeze stronger.
