Deceiving workout |

This is my 2nd dvd of hers. I have Cardio Abs and like it, but really love this one so far. It is a good lighter weight workout and really works the muscles. I was surprised how fatigued my muscles got. I used 5-8 lbs for upper and 10 lbs for lower. The abs section is really effective too. There isn't much cardio in this, but with the combination of weight work, this did get my heart rate up and there is no dread. It moves right along. The music is really poor, but she has a great personality. Definitely a good morning workout for me, when my energy isn't quite there.
