This is my 2nd dvd of hers. I have Cardio Abs and like it, but really love this one so far.  It is a good lighter weight workout and really works the muscles.  I was surprised how fatigued my muscles got. I used 5-8 lbs for upper and 10 lbs for lower.  The abs section is really effective too. There isn't much cardio in this, but with the combination of weight work, this did get my heart rate up and there is no dread. It moves right along.  The music is really poor, but she has a great personality. Definitely a good morning workout for me, when my energy isn't quite there.

One of Jessica's best.  Fast moving cardio without the complicated choreography, and challenging toning with lit weights.  I'll do this one often.

I'm fairly new to JS's workouts and was very pleasantly surprised that this one was tough. The cardio kb section was fun, quick moving, easy choreography, and had my HR up high. Loved the conditioning/strength segments, as well.  JS is extremely talented at putting together workouts that are challenging but not daunting. This one was tough but not to the point where I couldn't wait for it to end.

This video consists of three 20 minute segments (arms, legs, and abs).  You can do one or all of them.

She does tell you that you are going to be doing high reps and should use lower weights.  And she's right.

As usual, Jessica's cueing is great.  There are cardio intervals.

She does some new moves with the weights, but nothing's very complicated.

This is a very well-designed set of routines from Jessica. Like her other “10 Pounds Down” titles, there are plenty of fresh moves with a functional fitness twist. I particularly like the use of compound strength moves with an added balance challenge.

As always, Jessica provides exceptional cueing and encouragement to keep you motivated and working hard. This would be a great addition to anyone’s fitness library.

I really enjoy how well thought out Jessica Smith Dvds are. She really makes sure that the all muscles are used and strengthened in a functional way. I love her energy and the set is great. A solid workout to have in your collection.
