I love the 10 Minute Solution workouts.  This one moves along quickly and hits all the body parts if you do the whole thing.  As someone else said just because these have short segments does not mean they are easy.  I really like that Jessica makes a point of doing both the right and left sides.  I found that by using heavier weights I can still get a good upper and lower body workout.  The moves are not complicated, which is another plus in my book.  The best part is being able to create your own personalized workout.  Love it!

If you are up for challenge, you need to give this one a try!  Jessica is a great instructor, she really knows how to make you work hard and have fun at the same time!  I usually do the whole thing, but I like having the option to mix and match depending on how many time I've available during the day.  Totally recomended!

Jessica Smith brings her trademark enthusiasm to this bootcamp workout. As other reviewers have mentioned, it's more intense than most of the "10 Minute Solutions" DVDs.

My favourite segment is “Fat Fighting Skills & Drills”. I often do this as a warm-up to another workout because the agility drills are so much fun.

The is a bootcamp and oh so much fun. I like the the drills that are bootcamp...running tires et... This workout can be as tough as you want it to be by doing heavier weights or running faster. Jessica brings the sunshine to motivate.

I don't normally write reviews, but I just had to with this one.  Some people tend to think that the 10 Minute Solution workouts are not intense, but this one shoots that argument down.  I found this one to be High Intermediate to Advanced, depending on how much you are willing to put into the workout.  If you do the play all option, you get one tough but fun workout.  The only thing that I found slightly annoying was Jessica calling me a soldier.

This is a great video.  One of the advantages is that you can mix and match the 10 minute blocks for a total of 50 minutes if you choose to do all, or of course less (10, 20, 30, etc).  The 10 minute segments are, as the previous reviewer stated, high intermediate and they do not waste your time.  Worth the price and a great deal right now while it's on sale!

I really like this workout.  Fat Fighting Skills and Drills is pretty much all drill-style cardio.  You change up what you're doing so often that it doesn't get boring.  Ultimate Upper Body Training includes some functional style moves and a fair amount of pushups, which I liked.  Ultimate Lower Body Training was pretty challenging, mostly because you don't really get any breaks - it's a nice short lower body workout.  Ultimate Total Body Training is also a nice short total body workout that includes a lot of combination moves.  Haven't tried the ab section.  Overall, I'd say this is high intermediate, and has some nice combinations of moves I haven't seen.
