This kettle bell workout is very different than what I have been doing. I like how she changes things up and makes the workout more challenging. I have a lot of Kelly DVD's and this one is another good one.

I have many of Lauren Brooks KB workouts, but I find this one to be easier to follow, simple and well paced.  It is a whole body workout if you do both back to back (70 min), or you can alternate days and do one each day (more upper body on #1 and more lower body on #2).  The music could have been better, but it's acceptable.

This is the first Kelly Coffey-Meyer DVD I have tried.  I really enjoy this DVD.  I do the entire one hour version in the premix options  The moves and reps are effective and challenging.  I love the abs workout.  Since using this DVD, I have noticed improvement in my core and abs.  I workout 5-6 days a week, so seeing additional progress was a great motivator.  I will definitely try another one of her DVDs.  She is not over the top and motivating, as well as the music is tasteful.  Thanks Kelly for an awesome addition to my DVD collection!

I really like that Kelly recognizes that cleans and snatches are very difficult to do safely when taking a class live, let alone when you are trying to follow a DVD. She uses the kettlebell in ways I have not seen before which is usually her MO-taking traditional gym moves and "tweaking them" a bit to prevent boredome.  As always, her cuing is great and there are plenty of premixes.  The abs section on the first work out is the most challanging abs work out I have done for quite some time.

this DVD will probably give kettlebell purists the vapors (OMG they're wearing SHOES!) but I found the workouts very effective.  Kelly does each segment four times, sometimes with variations, and skips the harder kettlebell moves like snatches while including a couple of intense cardio segments.  Each workout ends with excellent floor core work.  I missed Samantha but liked seeing Marcus again.  Good stuff.
