5 of 5 Fun cardio workout July 26, 2014

The music and Ilaria make this workout fun. She chooses music that helps you push and not get bored. You have to love her sense of humour. Her smile makes you feel like your workout with a friend. If you don't like kicking and repetition this may not be for you. I love her workouts nice change.

5 of 5 More sweaty fun from Ilaria! July 17, 2014
Reviewer: RedPanda from Australia
This release is like Bodystrikes Volumes 1 and 2 rolled together! As always, Ilaria has excellent form, provides superb cueing and motivates you to keep working hard. I know it’s nitpicky but I dislike the set in these later releases; I far prefer the bright gym setting of her earlier DVDs.

5 of 5 Whew! July 11, 2014
Reviewer: Lorrie Walker from Philadelphia, PA United States
I have all 3 Bodystrikes, and this one is by far the toughest. It is longer, there are more high impact moves,  and the moves are faster and  slightly more complex. Burpees make a comeback in this dvd as well.  While this dvd will tone your lower body, it is certainly more of a cardio dvd than the other 2. The faster pace and plyos kept my heart rate up through the whole workout.  I use it on my cardio days.

5 of 5 Excellent Lower Body Workout July 3, 2014
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Sterling, VA United States
I am a huge fan of Ilaria and lower body workouts in general, so this workout offers the best of both worlds. Ilaria offers another challenging and well-queued workout here that uses kicks, lunges and plyometrics to give your lower body a very challenging and fat blasting workout. You will burn a lot of calories and find yourself working hard during this video, but it is also a lot of fun. Ilaria and her crew have great form and are very motivating to workout out with, so if you're looking for a new way to focus on your lower body with a little more variety, this workout should meet those needs.

4 of 5 Crush your butt July 2, 2014
Reviewer: Kate Tucker from Spicer, MN United States
Wow! Major leg and butt work! I think harder than other Bodystrike workouts with a little plyo and a good hour long. Do one move, add on. Keep adding on. Run thru a few. Then learn another new move, add on, keep adding on, run thru. End up doing ALL moves several times thru - over and over..real burn! Push kicks, side kicks, roundhouse, squats, crescents, controlled moves, etc. Good stuff.

5 of 5 Third Time's a Charm December 18, 2012

I had a blast with this workout! It takes Bodystrikes to the next level. Anyone who thought the first two Volumes were easy will enjoy Ilaria's insane pace in this one.

Indeed, Ilaria has fun dishing out the punishment here. She increases the difficulty as the workout progresses by adding tougher variations and optional layers of challenge (e.g., you can do a jump squat in place of a normal squat). You'll need good stamina and balance to keep up with Ilaria.

There's even some upper-body strengthening in Volume 3, with a series of burpees that incorporate side planks and pushups. And there's plenty of plyometrics throughout the workout.

My only complaint (and I am nitpicking here) is there are no back kicks. Also, Ilaria makes a couple of miscues, but they do not detract from the workout. If anything, it shows that she's human!
