4 of 5 basic and slower paced Friday, July 25, 2014
Reviewer: Roya from Arkansas
This is a typical Prevention workout.  It is very nice to have this one for days when you just want a slower paced workout.  Let's face it, some days you want to do something but you just do not want to overwork... I could also see the individual segments being used to warm-up for more difficult workouts... Chris has a very  encouraging "come on you can do it" presentation which is great for beginners, but personally I have found this to become annoying over time. This is still a nice workout...

4 of 5 Sometimes Just What I Need Tuesday, July 22, 2014

This DVD consists of basic cardio moves with a kickboxing flavor, along with light weight strength moves. I tend to reach for this one when I'm in the mood for a fairly long, but relatively mild workout that doesn't require much concentration. It is divided into sections for those who prefer shorter sessions. I enjoy Chris Freytag's personality and she cues well.

5 of 5 a favourite of mine Saturday, July 5, 2014
Reviewer: Kerryn from Takaka, Golden Bay New Zealand
To start off with, this workout has the awsome Jessica Smith as a background exerciser and the lovely Kat who I recall from Crunch DVDs.  Chris has a sweet and friendly approach and I love her attitude, it really keeps you motivated. I like the music, the set is bland but that doesn't really matter.  Chris adds a few visualizations to some of the exercises that's a real treat and makes you really get into it.  (e.g the wet towel figure eight)  I like to do all the sections including the express workout at the end.  I use weighted gloves throughout the first two sections, the cardio and the core and also the express section at the end to make it a solid intermediate all the way through. There's a good overall variety of moves with nothing complicated to learn and not too much repetition. Easily done on carpet and not hard on the joints. I always go for this one when I'm having a mind blank day (one of those days when you just cant make up your mind which workout to do)

5 of 5 Solid Intermediate Workout Thursday, July 3, 2014
Reviewer: Lynn from Anderson, IN United States
I really like this workout. It is a solid intermediate routine that covers everything.  Chris does a nice warm up that moves into kickboxing.  This section is not overly repetative and moves smoothly from move to move.  There is some higher impact moves but they could easily be modified.

I love the abs section of this DVD.  Chris mixes some traditional moves with some moves I have not seen before.  I love the standing figure eight move.  The toning section has a good overall selection of exercises  that hit most body parts.  The moves are not too fast so that you can watch your form.

I love Chris as an instructor.  She is very encouraging, gives excellent cues and form pointers.  I find her to be very motivating.  I also like that the DVD is chaptered.  That's a big selling point for me.

4 of 5 Enjoyed the kickboxing. Wednesday, July 2, 2014
Reviewer: Michelle from Canada
A nice not to high impact kickboxing workout. I love the calm way that Chris motivates you. It is one that a beginner will feel comfortable doing and feeling success. I love that she is not too complicated with the moves which makes it easy to follow. I enjoy this one for the simple but effective moves. I don't like the set much or music but I can get past that.

5 of 5 Great workout! Thursday, October 14, 2010
Reviewer: Ann from Springville, IA United States
I'm a long time Leslie fan but needed to ramp it up a bit and needed some variety. This workout fit both these needs. The choreography was not complicated but not boring either. The intensity was at a beginner/intermediate to intermediate level.
I loved the 15 min intervals that I could mix and match since I usually like to keep me workouts to 30 min.
Cueing was pretty good, though I've had better. Setting was average but at least it was bright. Chris's enthusiasm and encouraging "you can do its" were great and not overdone.
This is one of my favorite workouts and I have a lot!
