This has some potentially dangerous neck poses for those who are not into yoga.  Be careful trying this dvd out.  I also found it to be very boring because it kept repeating the same things too often.

I was so disappointed in this dvd. The pace is impossibly fast. It's like the fastest vinyasa class but you can never catch your balance on the ball. I gave up after 10 minutes. Wish I could return it.
