This video by Jill Miller is pure genius.  I was having both shoulder and elbow problems for over a year when I got this video.  After doing this twice a week for a month, I felt back to normal again.  It solved both my shoulder and my elbow problems.  I still do the short stretch section on a regular basis to head off trouble.  If I feel like I am getting significant problems again, I do the entire workout to get myself back in shape.  The educational section on directions of motion in the shoulder has also helped me enormously.  Now when another instructor says "retract your shoulders when you do this move" I know exactly what is meant.  This is one of the most worthwhile DVDs I have ever purchased.  The "blackberry" and other exercises have also helped my hands and wrists.

I borrowed this dvd but will certainly buy it from totalfitnessdvds.com now that you carry it.    I absolutely love this workout for its uniqueness and thorough working of the shoulders and that area.   This is not just stretching.... it is a workout that will really increase your shoulder mobility.   The dvd contains a tutorial that goes through each of the moves, and a practice section, well, and a tutorial on yoga breathing, too, but truth be told, I didn't watch that part.    I cannot say enough good things about this dvd.
